Anthonette is a compassionate and warm psychologist who recognises that coming to therapy for the first time is a big step and can feel daunting at first, which is why she aims to make each person feel safe and comfortable. Anthonette is a down to earth and curious person, who focuses on building good therapeutic relationships and providing person-centred care. She utilises a light-hearted approach and finds joy in working collaboratively with people.

Anthonette has experience working in a range of different settings including adult mental health, child and adolescent mental health, older adult psychology, and other outpatient care settings. She has experience working with a range of presentations and is passionate about working with adults and adolescents presenting with difficulties such as anxiety, low mood, trauma, chronic pain, emotional dysregulation, and interpersonal problems.
Anthonette is flexible and integrative in her approach to therapy and incorporates elements of evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). She aims to facilitate growth and likes to emphasise people’s strengths in her work.

Anthonette is currently registered with the Psychology Board of Australia as a Psychologist.

Antonette is available on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
